Return & Withdrawal Policy

At Love Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We fully comply with EU consumer protection laws regarding returns and the right of withdrawal.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order — without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at mail@loveshop.brussels within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
3. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)
According to EU regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following types of products once the packaging has been opened:
- Vibrators and sex toys
- Lubricants and stimulating gels
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Kegel balls or other internal use items
- Any item marked as a “personal or hygienic product”
These items are considered intimate goods, and once opened, are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection and hygiene reasons (as per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
4. Discreet Returns
If your return is accepted, you will receive return instructions by email. We ask you to pack the product securely and discreetly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
